At The KataLYST Team we understand that everyone wants a GREAT deal! Real estate has been and continues to be a fantastic way to create and store wealth and so we have a multi-faceted buyer program to create a level-playing field for active buyers in the Multifamily and Apartment market space.

Our first stage is what we call our LYSTing stage. In this stage you join our mailing LYST where we send out our newest LYSTings, Quarterly Market Reports, Occupancy Reports, and Rental Growth Reports. Generally speaking this will equate to 1-2 emails or mailings per month and 1-Deal every three months in your INBOX!

Our second stage is what we call our Non-Exclusive stage. In this stage you agree to sign a Non-Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreement where you agree to utilize our services in any property we should find on your behalf and a commission is agreed upon for a one year period; additionally, you receive all of the information from the LYSTing stage. This allows you the ability to work with other agents in the market to maximize your buying potential and we limit our Non-Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreements to 75 individuals/entities.

Our third stage is what we call our Exclusive stage. In this stage you agree to sign an Exclusive Buyer’s Agency Agreement with our team and commit to working with us for a six month time-frame. In this stage we commit to sending you an email every week of any new listings in the market and any new properties we have found as NEW LYSTings to come out on our team; additionally, you receive all of the information from the LYSTing stage. Because of this commitment to ongoing communication we will require a commission to be charged upon any deal you close on that time-frame that is either; LYSTed by the KataLYST Team, listed by a 3rd party brokerage, or procured by us as agents (however, we will NOT charge a commission on buyer-to-seller direct transactions). Due to the level of commitment to this stage of communication and involvement we limit this stage to 50 individuals/entities.

Our fourth and final stage is what we call our Retainer-Exclusive stage. In this stage you agree to pay, as a reatiner-fee, $1,000 to The KataLYST Team on a monthly basis for a period of three months minimum (and on-going for as long as you choose). An Exclusive-Retainer Agency Agreement with our team will be required as well as commitment to our team’s services. In this stage we commit to sending you an email every week of any new listings in the market, any new properties we have found as NEW LYSTings to come out on our team, and ANY POCKET LYSTings we should find; additionally, all receive all of the information from the LYSTings stage! Should any property put under contract in that three month window close we WILL credit any “retained earnings” at closing out of a commission earned by The KataLYST Team. Furthermore, as a commitment to our loyal customers and followers, anyone who has sold or purchased a property with The KataLYST Team within the trailing 12-months will automatically earn the right to be on our Retainer-Exclusive stage at NO-COST for one year from the date of their completed transaction. Due to the high-level of communication and work devoted to these buyers we limit this stage to 25 individuals/entities.
