"Hold My Beer!" Landlord Showdown

You and your fellow landlord buddies are all out for drinks one evening. Landlord A is telling you about how he had to evict a tenant and is describing the inside of the unit to you. Landlord B chimes in and says, "Oh that's nothing! You should have seen my unit after the latest tenants moved out!" By now, you are just chuckling to yourself because their story has nothing on yours. You look to Landlord C with a smile on your face and say, "Hold my beer, I've got this!"

Every landlord has a story, probably a few, but they all have that 1 they just HAVE to share. Even right now reading this, your mind is racing with all the stories. We want to hear them - the good, the bad, the ugly. What's YOUR story?!

Now, what if we told you that we are going to give away a new appliance set* to whomever gets the most votes on the best story? That's right! The KataLYST Team wants to give away a new appliance set for you to use in one of your units if your story is voted the best.

Rules:

• Own more than one property? Great! You can submit 1 story per property address.
• You do not need to be a current client of The KataLYST Team to enter, however, please see details under prizes.
• You have until July 10th to get your story in.
• Once entry period is over, SHARE-SHARE-SHARE your story. Get the word out. Drive people to our website to vote for you. (Votes only count on our landing page)
• You can vote 1 time per day.
• Earn 1 point per vote, Earn 5 points per share, Earn 10 points per mention of KataLYST Team on Facebook, or @JaredHusmann on Twitter.
• Voting period runs July 14th-24th, with winners being announced July 25th-29th... Oh, did I say winners?! That's right, we have a little something for 2nd and 3rd place also!

Prizes:

*New Appliance Set
• Current or Previous Clients will receive $3,500 towards a brand new appliance set, or choose to take $2,000 cash!
• Not a client of the KataLYST Team? That's ok! If within 6 months after you win, you have a property under contract with us, the same applies to you. $3,500 towards a new appliance set or $2,000 cash. If you do not get anything under contract with us within 6 months, we will give you $1,000 cash.
